:~ «: <br />,. .... . <br />EXHIBIT H - WILDLJFE INFORA~ATION f <br />~ A vdldfife impact assessment was made by the Colorado Division of Wildlife on November 11, <br />~ 1981 by Mr. Tom Marlin. <br />1) He would like for us to leave a random row of trees along the North border of the pit. <br />' ("This would make the elk feel safer, more at ease and relaxed.") , <br />2) There were two time periods that he would like for us 1o iry to avoid working during: ' <br />• June 1 through June 15, and October 20 through November 15. These periods are <br />not super critical, but we will comply as best we can. <br />Mr. Martin also stated that this area is a "Green Desert" and that overall he thought this project, <br />once completed, would 6e good for wildlife. Clearing out Vees and planting grass and he would <br />rather see the existing trees replant themselves rather than us planting at the completion of the <br />pit.
