1.5.1 In order to carry out the purposes of this resolution, the <br />zoned area of Gilpin County, Colorado, shall remain, or by proper <br />amendment shall become, divided into the following zoning <br />districts: <br />1.5.1.1 Residential District <br />1.5.1.1.1 R-E, Estate <br />1.5.1.1.2 R-1,Single-Family <br />1.5.1.1.3 R-2, Duplexes and Triplexes <br />1 .5.1.1.4 R-3, Multi-Family <br />1.5.1.2 Fore stry District <br />1.5.1.2.1 F, Forestry <br />1.5.1.3 Com mercial District <br />1.5.1.3.1 C-3, Light Commercia{ <br />1.5.1.3.2 C-4, Heavy Commercial <br />1.5.1.3.3 C-5, Industrial <br />1.5.2 The location and boundaries of the districts established by <br />this resolution are shown upon the "Zoning District Map of Gilpin <br />County," which map is hereby incorporated into this resolution. The <br />said zoning map, together with everything shown thereon and all <br />amendments thereto, shall be as much a part of this resolution as <br />if fully set forth and described herein. <br />1.6 Rules of Construction of Language: <br />1.6.1 The particular controls the general. <br />1.6.2 In the case of any difference of meaning or implication <br />between the text of this regulation and the captions for each <br />section, the text shall control. <br />1.5.3 The word "shall" is always mandatory and not directory.
