2.2.1.2.5.1 If main house is unoccupied or part <br />time owner occupied, then anyone may occupy <br />the care taker house. <br />2.2.1.2.5.2 If main house is full time owner <br />occupied, then only employees of the owner, or <br />immediate near relatives and their families may <br />occupy the care taker house. <br />2.2.2 R-1 Single Family. Permitted uses include: <br />2.2.2.1 Asingle-family dwelling. <br />2.2.3 R-2 Duplexes and Triplexes. Permitted uses include: <br />2.2.3.1 A structure containing not more than three (3) <br />dwellings. <br />2.2.4 R-3 Multi-Family. Permitted uses include: <br />2.2.4.1 A structure or structures containing any number of <br />dwellings. <br />2.2.5 Uses Permitted in all Residential Districts. The following uses <br />are permitted in all Residential districts: <br />2.2.5.1 A public park, non-commercial playground, and <br />other non-commercial recreational uses. <br />2.2.5.2 Residential-based business as defined in <br />Section 2.7 of this zoning regulation. <br />2.2.5.3 A telephone exchange, electric substation <br />including electric transmission and distribution lines of <br />iess than seventy (70) KV capacity, or gas regulator <br />station including low pressure gas transmission lines <br />where no public business office or repair or storage <br />facilities are maintained. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 43 <br />
