1.7- ,.W.. <br />1.7.1 Wa// shall mean any structure or device forming a physical <br />barrier which is so constructed that Ninety-nine (99 %) percent or <br />more of the vertical surface is closed and prevents the passage of <br />light, air and vision through said surface in a horizontal plane. <br />1.7.2 Warehouse shall mean a building, or substantial portion of a <br />building, where goods, merchandise, products, supplies, or <br />equipment are stored before distribution or manufacture, or <br />wholesale and where retail sales are not permitted. <br />1.7.3 Warehousing shall mean the act of maintaining or operating <br />a warehouse. <br />1 .7.4 Water Treatment Faci/ity shall mean any water distribution or <br />treatment plant used for potable water <br />1.7.5 Weed shall mean a plant designated and governed by the <br />"Colorado Noxious Weed Act". <br />1.7.6 Words, a//others not specifica//y mentioned shall mean terms <br />and phrases used in this regulation shall have the meaning usually <br />ascribed to them by the State of Colorado based on the County <br />Planner's interpretation of them. <br />1.7.7 Wood Lot, Commercial shall mean the use of <br />mechanized/motor-driven equipment used for sawing, chipping, <br />splitting or transportation of wood, including but not limited to <br />storage. <br />1.7.8 Woad Lot. Private shall mean the use of mechanized/motor <br />driven equiprent used for sawing, Chipping, splitting timber <br />originating and used on site. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 40 <br />
