1.7- „~„ <br />1.7.1 Unsafe Structure (see structure, unsafe) <br />1.7.2 Use shall mean the purpose for which land or a building or <br />structure is arranged, designed, or intended to be used or for <br />which it is or may be used, occupied, or maintained. <br />1.7.3 Use, Accessory or Secondary shall mean a use accessory to <br />any permitted use, and customarily a part thereof, which use is <br />clearly incidental and secondary to the permitted use and does not <br />change the character of the main use. An accessory use shall not <br />be permitted without a principal use on site. <br />1.7.4 Use, Principal or Primary shall mean the primary purpose for <br />which a building, structure, or lot is designed, arranged, or <br />intended or for which it may be used, occupied, or maintained <br />under this Zoning Regulation. <br />1.7- ,~V„ <br />1.7.1 Vacate or Vacation shall mean the procedure set forth by the <br />State by which the County may legally void or vacate dedicated <br />roadways, rights-of-way and easements determined to be no <br />longer necessary or potentially necessary for public purposes. <br />1.7.2 Variance shall mean a departure from the strict application of <br />the development standards to this Zoning Regulation. <br />i .7.3 V'isuai Corner or Triangle shall mean that portion of both <br />public and private property located at any corner and bounded by <br />the edge of the roadway of the intersecting roads and a fine joining <br />points on the edge of the roadway forty (4v') feet from the point of <br />the intersection of the edges of roadway. <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 39 <br />
