1.7.4 Schoo% ~ocationa/, Business or Trade shall mean a facility <br />primarily teaching usable skills which prepare student for jobs in a <br />trade and meeting State requirements as a vocational facility. <br />1.7.5 Screening shall mean a method of visually shielding or <br />obscuring a structure, or portion thereof, of use from an abutting <br />or nearby use, or from the general public, by a fence, wall, berm or <br />similar structure, architectural or landscape feature, or combination <br />thereof. <br />1.7.6 Secretary shall mean the secretary of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />1.7.7 Se/f-Propu/sion shall mean the capability for an object to <br />move from a stopped position, creating sustained movement <br />without direct external mechanical, gravitational, animal or human <br />assistance. <br />1.7.8 Se/f-Storage Faci/ity or Mini-Warehouse shall mean a <br />structure containing separate storage spaces of varying sizes <br />leased or rented on an individual basis. <br />1.7.9 Septic (see ISDS). <br />1.7.10 Setback shall mean a minimum distance at which <br />structures are to be separated from the boundary lines of the lot or <br />centerline of the road, on which they are located in order to provide <br />an open area which is unoccupied and unobstructed from the <br />ground upward, except for minor intrusions such as eaves. <br />1.7.11 Setback Line shall mean the line formed by the <br />measurement of the required front, side, or rear setback areas <br />required by this zoning reguiation.
