lease, or exchange of goods and/or services. <br />1.7.14 Commercia/Recreation Faci/ityshall mean any place of <br />amusement erected or maintained for amusement or entertainment <br />purposes where the public or members are invited or allowed to <br />attend or assemble, except City, County, State or National parks <br />and recreation areas. <br />1.7.15 Commission shall mean the Planning Commission of <br />Gilpin County. <br />1.7.16 Community Care Facility/Home Hea/th Care Services <br />shall mean and include (but is not limited to) group homes, adult <br />day care and residential care facilities which provide care in the <br />home or specialized outpatient care facility. Licensed facility as <br />defined in C. R. S. ~ 30-28-115 <br />1.7.17 Conditional Use Permit (CUP) shall mean a zoning <br />instrument used primarily to review the location, site development, <br />or conduct of certain land uses. These are uses which generally <br />have a distinct impact on the area which they are located or are <br />capable of creating special problems for bordering properties <br />unless given special attention. A conditional use permit is granted <br />at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners and is not <br />the automatic right of any applicant. <br />1 .7.1 8 Construction shall mean any site preparation, grading, <br />assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, or similar action. <br />1.7.19 Carrai shall mean a fenced area devoted to the <br />containment of livestock which does not provide overhead <br />protection from the elements. <br />i .7.20 Country C/ub or Resort Lodge shall mean a recreational <br />activity carried on by an association of persons organized for non- <br />Gilpin County Zoning Regulations 15 <br />
