EXHIBIT D - Soils Information - Continued
Soils Information-
The SCS Soils Map defines this soil type as Valentine fine sand.
This soil is characterized as having a low moisture holding
capacity. It is very porous and allows little runoff or water
erosion. It is listed as good for road fill if a binder is added
and a fair source of sand. It is generally a poor soil for crops
and should basically be kept as grassland.
EXHIBIT E - Reclamation
This pit will be reclaimed by backsloping at slopes no steeper
than 3:1. The resulting area will than be reseeded using the
recommended grass mixture as follows:
Western Wheatgrass 4.8 lbs.
Sideoats Gramma 3.6 lbs.
Blue Gramma 0_9 lbs.
9.3 lbs. PLS/Acre
Topsoil will be put back before reseeding occurs.
The owners do not graze this area continually. If necessary, it
will be fenced off until the grass is established before grazing is
allowed.
EXHIBIT F - Proof of Compliance with Local Government Zoning
