We are also <br />the owners of part of the land being mined, are receiving <br />royalties from the operator, have reviewed the amended mining <br />plan, and have no ob3ection to mining within 200' of our <br />structures. <br />In our opinion no damage will result from the mining, but in the <br />unlikely event such did occur, Colorado Sand and Gravel Company <br />has agreed to compensate us for any damages. <br />Sincerely, <br />~l~ ~~ ~~ <br />Dale Gummersall Ross Plowman <br />cc: Robert L.
