We were also the owners of part <br />of the land being mined, are receiving mortgage payments from the <br />operator, and Mr. Siegrist has the first right of refusal to <br />purchase this property. We have no objection to mining within <br />200' of our structures as this is what the land was sold for, and <br />in the unlikely event any damage did occur Colorado Sand and <br />Gravel Company has agreed to compensate us for any damages. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kay Sa~gGchi <br />cc: Robert L.
