The establishment of suitable <br /> habitat for nesting and cover will be carried <br /> out under critical area planting with suitable <br /> species shown on the planting guide sheet. A <br /> island will be constructed as shown on the pla <br /> maps to provide an area for resting, nesting <br /> and duck blinds. The island will be at least <br /> j0 feet from the shoreline with the dividing <br /> water at least 2 foot deep. Settled height <br /> of the island will be 2 feet above the normal <br /> water level and 25 percent of the side slopes <br /> will be 5:1 or flatter.
