Operator will leave a 200' setback north of the power
lines.
2. A 200' setback will be left from the east end of the
County Bridge on the road south of the permit area.
3. Berms will be installed on the south perimeter ofi Phases
II and III.
4. In Phase III, overburden will form the buffer on the
south side. Topsoil will be stockpiled parallel to and
immediately downhill from the overburden stockpiles.
5. Portable toilets will be leased from and serviced by an
independent contractor. Potable water will be hauled to
the site by employees when working.
6. One Acre in Phase II will be left on the south perimeter,
north of the berm as a haul road for traffic from Phase
III. This will leave 9 acres to be affected at one time
in Phase III. This haul road will be reclaimed in final
reclamation.
Contact me if there are other questions.
Cordially,
L loyc~ k'~ Barnhart
Consultant & Agent
Summit Brick & Tile Co.
cc: Summit & Geddes
