<br />1 <br />Summate of Impacts to Water Resources <br />' The proposed operation will have temporary impacts on both surface and groundwater in the <br />local area. The mining and reclamation plan is designed to minimize the extend of these <br />' impacts. In response to these <br />comments the text related to mining within 400' and 100' of the proposed future S.
