Discharge Samolind Point <br />Discharge paints shall be so desiyned or modified so that a sample of <br />the effluent can be obtained at a point after the final treatment <br />process and prior to discharge to State waters. Tne permittee shall <br />provide access to the Division to sa,~~ple the discharye at tnese points. <br />4. Analytical and Sampliny t•iethotls for t•ionitdriny <br />The pemittee shall install, calibrate, use and maintain monitoring <br />methods and equipment, including oioloyical and indicated pollutant <br />monitoring methods. Analytical and sampling methods utilized by the <br />discharger shall confonn to Colorado rtegulatians for tffluent <br />Limitations (10.1.5), and to reyulations puolished pursuant to Section <br />304 (h) of the federal Clean ~~ater~ Act. <br />5. Records <br />The permittee shall establish and ~aaintain records. Those records <br />shall include, Dut not be limited to, the following: <br />(a) The Gate, type, exact place, ana time of sampling or measurements; <br />(b) The individual(s) who perfornied the sampliny or .neasure,nents; <br />(c) The date(s) the analyses sere Nerfunuec; <br />(d) The individual(s) who perfumed the analyses; <br />(e) The analytical techniques or metnoas useu; and <br />(f) The results of such analyses. <br />The pem it[ee shall retain for a minimwn of u~ree (3) years racdrds of <br />all monitoring infonaation, including all oriyinal strip mart <br />recorain•ys for continuous monitoring snstrumentation, all calibration <br />ana maintenance records, copies of all reports requirea.oy this pernit <br />ana records of all oats used to canplete the application for tnis <br />pemit. This period or retenti~;n Shill be extended during the coursd <br />of any unresuived litigation regorging the discharge of pollutants oy <br />the pemittee or when requestea by the Division or !~.eyional <br />Administrator. <br />u <br />
