The spoil backslope on the north slopes of the eastern <br />•' section ,of pit 5 has a slope of 24 degrees, this is <br />approximately the angle of repose for the area as the <br />virgin outslope of pit 6 is approximately 22 degrees. <br />The Pit 5 spoil has been in place 7 years and is stable <br />and revegetated. Pit 5 has 22.3 acres of area. <br />Pit 6 is a smaller area (10.6 acres) and has been <br />backfilled to a stable condition and is revegetated. <br />This reclamation was completed in 1985. <br />'t Catherine Begej furnish the OSM's oversight team copies <br />of pertinent correspondence with the Grassy Gap <br />management representatives. These included an October <br />1, 1990 engineering report by ACZ Inc., an engineering <br />consultant. <br />D. Permit Condition(s): <br />None <br /> <br />E.
