EXNISIT G <br />[Rules & Reps §0.4.7] <br />CONSTRUCTION MATlRIAL i FILC N~ M 2001- 002 <br />RlOULAR 112 O~lMTION <br />" WEIMER ONE GRAVEL" <br />January 2007 <br />[ 1 ] No ground water nor surface water streams shat l be encountered in the proposed action <br />[2] Any surface storm water discharge shall be per a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) <br />and certification to the statewide General Storm Water Discharge Permit for Sand & Gravel Pit <br />Operations. Unless the northwest disposal terrace is employed, essentially all of site storm water <br />runoff shall drain internally into the excavation and a SWMP is nbt required until there is a need to <br />discharge stormwater from the operations site. Runoff outfall at t[le northeast comer (low-point) of <br />the site shall be directed to the landowner's irrigation system pond on-site. Provided the northwest <br />disposal terrace is employed, storm water runoff from the terta¢e's down-slope face (only) shall <br />temporarily be controlled by silt fence or/and straw bald dam filtration dikes, and a <br />SWMP/Certification shall be generated and employed. Re-vegetation shall eventually control all <br />storm water runoff. <br />[3] & [4] Approximately 10,000 gallons per day shall be used only during extraction and <br />crushing and washing operations. The source for this water shall be from off-site irrigation water <br />rights temporarily transferred to industrial use per the process of the Colorado State Engineer <br />Office. ~ <br />No injury to Colorado water rights is anticipated. <br />No acid, toxic, nor waste products shall be involved in the proposed action. <br /> <br />21 <br />
