Routine or regular periodical <br />reports, statements and payments hereunder may be sent by regu- <br />lar mail so addressed. Any formal notices of surrender, can- <br />cellation, default or termination shall be delivered to the <br />party to be notified either personally or by reaisteted or cer- <br />tified mail to be effective hereunder. <br />14.2 Escalation. Any changes in dollar amounts to occur <br />pursuant hereto, shall occur in accordance with that formula <br />and procedure set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and incor- <br />porated herein by this reference, The recalculated amount <br />shall be effective for the ensuing one year period and shall be <br />based on the year beginning January 1, 1462. <br />14.3 Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement be- <br />tween the parties and includes all prior negotiations and dis- <br />cussions relating to the Premises. No modification shall be <br />effective unless in writing and executed by the parties here- <br />to. <br />19.4 Law.
