The 1`ollowing events take place during 2016-2020. Development of the West Mains and longwall
panels 5, 6, and 7 is complete. l.ongwall panels 3, 4, and 5 are mined out and LW-6B is partially
mined. RP-4B is mined out.
The 1`ollowing events take place during 2021-2025. Development of ]ongwall panels 8, 9, 10 is
' complete and LW-11B is mostly finished. Development of the South Mains Right begins. Longwall
panels 7, 8 and most of 9 aze mined out.
' The 1.'ollowing events take place during 2026-2030. All development in the B seam is complete.
Longwall panels 9, 10, 11 and part of 12 aze mined out. RP-9B and part of RP-8B aze mined out.
During 2030-2032 all mining in the B seam is completed. The final longwall panel (LW-13B) is
mined out in 2031 and RP-tiB and RP-7B are ful]y extracted in 2032. The production in 2032 is
284,800 tons.
Mining could continue with both the longwalls and continuous miners if other portions of the
Prauie-Dog Tract are leased.
It is planned to always have a spare continuous miner at a spare face. In case of the breakdown of a
miner working at a scheduled face, the miner crew will be transfeaed to the spaze miner instead of
movittg the spare miner to the scheduled face. Moving the miner results in a Beater loss of time and
production. It is not possible to schedule the spare miner in a long-term mine plan as it will depend
upon the day to day operational needs.
4.2.6 Production Rate The current estimate of the production rate is given in Table 4-3. The
' production rates aze based upon the projection of the Bonanza Station's bum rates, and a coal stockpile
reduction plan at the Bonanza Station.

t
26
