Exhibit L - Reclamation Costa <br />Aa per the comments on the Mining and Reclamation Plana, <br />please provide a bond calculation at the time of maximum <br />disturbance during the life of the mine. In completing the <br />reclamation coat estimate, please include; acreages of areas <br />affected by each activity, volumes of materials to be moved, <br />haul distances, haul grades, a map showing a "snapshot" of <br />maximum disturbance on site, seed mixes and acreages to be <br />seeded, building demolition at conclusion of mining (including <br />dimensions and compositions of auperetucture, floor, footings, <br />quantities in linear feet, cubic feet, square feet where <br />applicable), fencing reclaimed areas, removing fence when <br />revegetation is established, equipment to be used for <br />reclamation, and mob/demob charges. <br />10. Colorado State Historical Preservation Office Clearance <br />The final Cultural Resource Management Plan (CRMP) must be <br />submitted to the Division and acepted by the State Historical <br />Preservation office before any acitivity can begin on the Dowe <br />Flats site. <br />To adequately review your response to the adequacy review, the <br />Division must receive the required information by December 10, <br />1993. If we do not receive all the required information by that <br />date, a new date may be set for consideration of the application as <br />provided for under rule 1.5(2). Also, as provided for under Rule <br />1.5.1 all changes and additions to the permit application must be <br />filed with the Division, and with the County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The applicant shall also provide the Division with an affidavit or <br />receipt demonstrating that the change was filed with the County <br />Clerk and Recorder no later than the close of business on the day <br />the change was filed with the Division.
