Connell will grade final slopes to 3H:1 V or less steep from five feet above to ten <br />feet below the expected water elevation. These slope requirements are applicable <br />to the proposed islands. <br />D. The minimum depth of topsoil for reclaimed areas will be six inches. Stripped <br />topsoil will be stockpiled and used as a final layer of covering of reclaimed areas. <br />As stated eazlier the processing and materials stockpile area will be mobile and <br />will move with the mining progress. The processing equipment and product <br />stockpiles will be placed both in and out of [he pit. The location will be <br />dependent on which spot is more functional. <br />E.
