The purpose of this letter is to address the issues mentioned in your <br />report. We have commented on the issues in the order of the adequacy review letter. <br />Administrative Items <br />A. Enclosed is a new vicinity map with the property owners immediately adjacent to <br />the Wellington Downs property. <br />B. Enclosed is a copy of the published public notice as required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(f). <br />C. Enclosed aze proof of mailings to all owners of record of surface rights to the <br />affected land and all owners of record of land that aze within 200 feet of the <br />affected land. <br />2. Mining Plan <br />A. Enclosed are copies of letters from the Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association <br />and the Colorado Department of Transportation giving Connell permission to <br />mine within 200 feet of their property. <br />The property owner (Alexander Grant) has entered into a lease agreement <br />allowing Connell to mine his property. Mr. Grant has seen the mining plans and <br />stated no objection to mining within 200 feet of his structures. We are in the / <br />process of getting a signed statement from Mr. Grant.
