There is no irrigation water available in
this area but we have reclaimed approximately 5 acres by planting
Douglas Fir, Ponderosa Pine, Scotch Pine, Cedar and Blue Spruce
seedlings. We will continue our reclamation practices by using the
overburden as fill as we advance with the pit. The land will be
sloped and shaped to conform with the surrounding properties. There
are no highwalls at this site.
The following seed mixture has been recommended by the Soil
Conservation Service.
Type of Plant Bulk Seed per Acre
Fairway Wheatgrass 6 lbs.
Streambank Wheatgrass "Sodar" 11 lbs.
Yellow Sweetclover 7 lbs-:
Our end land use plan is to sell the land as a housing develop-
ment or as grazing land for livestock. Since this is several years
hence it will depend entirely on demand at that time.
EXHIBIT F - Proof of Local Government Approval
See letter from Douglas County Planning & Zoning Director
attached.
EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter
See Notarized letter attached.
- 2 -
