If the seed is drilled the main <br />• <br />seed mix rates should be cut in half. It is not recommended that the topsoil <br />stockpiles be seeded with a drill, but should be broadcast. <br />TIMETABLE: As was the case with the mining plan timetable, this timetable must, <br />in the absolute sense, be kept very indefinite as well. However, the reclamation <br />timetable, with respect to revegetation, can be linked to the extraction activity. <br />From that point of view, the revegetation of any particular portion of land will <br />be implemented as soon as the mining area reaches a size where areas are available <br />for topsoiling and revegetation without having the risk of being affected <br />adversely by the operation itself. <br />Of course, such a point could be interpreted in a rather liberal sense and <br />J <br />could result in virtually no revegetation occurring for long periods of time. <br />Therefore, as a rule, when the operational area exceeds a size of about 25 to 30 <br />page 9 of 10 Exhibit E <br />
