Nonetheless, that statement has been incorporated as part <br />of the Section 112 application on page 5 as item 8. <br />Moreover, both types of permit applications are required to attach an exhibit <br />in which the applicant lists the other permits and licenses that will be required by <br />the proposed mining activity. For Section 110 permits, this is Exhibit F, the <br />requirements of which are set forth at C.M.R. 6.3.6. For Section 112 permits, this <br />is Exhibit M, the requirements of which are set forth at C.M.R. 6.4.13.
