Section 112 permits must identify the permits or licenses the applicant has already <br />sought as well as those the applicant will be seeking. <br />Applicants for Section 110 permits are asked to do the following with their <br />Exhibit F: <br /> <br />Provide a statement identifying which of the following permits, <br />licenses and approvals which are held or will be sought in <br />order to conduct the proposed mining and reclamation <br />operations: effluent discharge permits, air quality emissions <br />permits, radioactive source materials licenses, disposal of <br />dredge and fill material (404) permits, permit to construct a <br />dam, well permits, explosives permits, State Historic <br />Preservation Office clearance, highway access permits, U.S. <br />Forest Service permits, Bureau of Land Management permits, <br />county zoning and land use permits, and city zoning and land <br />use permits. <br />C.M.R. 6.3.6 (emphasis added). <br />Applicants for Section 112 permits are asked to provide the following <br />identical list of permits, licenses and approvals with their Exhibit M: <br />A statement identifying which of the following permits, <br />licenses and approvals the Operator/Applicant holds or will be <br />seeking in order to conduct the proposed mining and <br />reclamation operations: effluent discharge permits, air quality <br />emissions permits, radioactive source materials licenses, <br />disposal of dredge and fill material (404) permits, permit to <br />construct a dam, well permits, explosives permits, State <br />Historic Preservation Office clearance, highway access permits, <br />U.S. Forest Service permits, Bureau of Land Management <br />permits, county zoning and land use permits, and city zoning <br />and land use permits. <br />6 <br />
