The highway u~ll <br />be crossed by digging with a back hoe. Nork will be permitted through the <br />Colorado State Division of Highways prior to any activity. The track <br />and ties will be rernved as necessary to dig the culvert under the rail- <br />road with a back hoe and replaced upon completion of that cork. This <br />nark will be coordinated with D6rRG1S personnel.
