Copies of the mail receipts, showing proof of receipt of <br />your letter, must be submitted to me prior to the decision date, which is currently July 30, 1998. <br />The copy of the application materials maintained on file at the clerk's office must be kept as <br />current and complete as possible. Therefore, you must place a copy of this letter for public <br />review, plus a copy of all materials submitted to this office in response to this letter. You must <br />obtain a receipt from the clerk's office for all such additional filings, and send me the receipts. <br />Your timely, complete response is important.
