W.A.) <br />Response -The applicant's sediment control plans (see response to Exhibit G-Nos. 1, 3, and <br />6 above) aze adequate. Trout populations should be protected. The Division of Wildlife has <br />reviewed this issue and is of the opinion that there will be very little impact on fish. <br />2. "Severe impact on a significant wildlife habitat." <br /> <br />Response -The Colorado Division of Wildlife has reviewed the application and has not <br />expressed any concerns related to wildlife, except fish (See No. 1 above). <br />3. "The operation will have a negative impact on Bighorn sheep." <br />(C. 41%A.) <br />Response - (See Response for No. 2 above). <br />
