Carrizo Stone EXHIBIT C (Continued, Page 2) <br />(g)No new roads will be necessary and no improvements on existing roads are needed. <br />Existing ranch roads are 16 to 20 feet in width. There are no new or improved roads to be <br />permitted as part of the permitted acreage. There will be no associated drainage or runoff <br />conveyance structures to be built with this operation. All drainage will be away from the <br />quarry. <br />(h)No water for processing material or dust control is needed. Sanitary water will not <br />be used or needed. Porta-John Toilets to be used. Drinking water will be bottled and imported <br />to the site daily when people aze working. <br />(i)No groundwater will be encountered and/or surface water intercepted or disturbed. <br />All fuel storage containers will have containment structures. <br />(j)The historical flows of stormwater will not be affected. <br />(k)No refuse or acid and toxic producing materials will be exposed during mining so no <br />plan is needed. If any refuse is encountered it will be deposited of off-site in an approved <br />Landfill. <br />(1)This operation is designed to provide for a stable configuration ofthe reclaimed azea <br />to be used for grazing. <br />(m)The stone is proposed to be processed onsite to be used for construction uses by <br />Carrizo Stone, L.L.C. <br />(n)The primary commodity to be mined will be sandstone for construction use. There <br />are no known secondary commodities involved. <br />(o)There aze no known incidental products to be mined by this proposed operation. <br />If any incidental products aze discovered, the Division will be duly notified. <br />(p)No blasting will be used on this site. <br />
