Future land use under the current lease and current permit <br />does not include tray meadow and it is not the operator's <br />intent to reclaim to hay meadow unless the lease is changed. <br />7. Item 18 pertains to operations other than this site. <br />Andesite has acknowledged operations outside of the permitted <br />area at the Lyons ?it. <br />8. The permit area is contained in the W 1!2 NW 114 Section 25, <br />E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section ~6 and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 26 all <br />in Township 3 N, P.ange 71 W. This legal description has been <br />offered as an answer to the MLRB letter and will be <br />incorporated into the permit application. . <br />9.a.
