TST, INC.
Environment regulations. This plan has been included with this
submittal along with a copy of the Discharge Permit.
3. Noise:
a) This topic is discussed in the Addition Written Application Materials
for Mining Operations. Noise mitigation measures have been
proposed. It should be noted, however, that few complaints have been
recorded over the life of existing and historic operations in this area
with respect to noise pollution.
4. Water and Sewer:
a) Bottled water and portable chemical toilets will be used on site.
Latimer County Department of Natural Resources:
1. A 100' setback from the river has been included as the permit boundary.
2. Screening was addressed by comment 3b to the Planning Division.
3. Same as number 2.
City of Loveland:
Current Planning:
Changing the phasing and plant locations would not be viable for this
proposed development.
2. The Big Thompson River corridor with associated trees, shrubs, and tall
grasses should provide an adequate buffer between the proposed development
and a proposed residential development to the south.
Power:
Only minimal site lighting and batch plant power, with all costs incurred by
the applicant, will be necessary for this proposed development. Existing
facilities on-site already have the necessary equipment to provide this service,
2. Coordination with utilities will be done by owner.
3. No street trees will be planted.
4. Electric power already extends into the development.
