The mixture and rate will be as <br />recommended by the soil conservation office. Gravel depth and <br />thickness is unknown at this time but is expected to run eight to twelve <br />feet deep until the clay stratum is encountered. <br />(g) The primary commodity will be gravel and road construction materials. <br />(h) The intended use of the mined products are for maintenance and road <br />construction purposes. <br />Adequacy Review concerns: <br />6.4.4 (D) Mining Plan , #9. page 2: <br />The mining plan does not intend to mine within 200 feet of any <br />structure or well, other than the electric poles that are owned by <br />Y-W Electric. A second letter is enclosed to more closely detail our <br />agreement with this entinity and includes minimum feet allowed to <br />structure, slope rate allowed and collaboration with the company during the <br />mining operation. Topsoil piles and roads will ha ve a minimum of 50 feet of <br />mining areas. <br />#10. Roads into the pit will be approximently 30 feet wide . Road one, <br />entering and leaving the mine site will be located at the S.E. comer of <br />Section 27 and will be approximently 320 feet long with gravel on top. <br />Roads two and three will be for entering and exiting the mine site, 30 feet <br />wide and approximently 100 feet long, along Road 31,as needed, West of <br />the farmstead that sits on the North and South of the road, on <br />approximently the i12 mile line. This is to divert as much traffic as possible <br />away from these buildings. <br />
