<br />6.4.19 Exhibit S~ Permanent Man-Made Structures ~re~~se~ 5/~~ <br />Shook Gravel Pit #1 <br />Township 1 North, Range 52 West <br />SW 1/4 of Section 26 <br />S 1/2 of Sectlon 27 <br />The proposed mining operation will not adversely affect the stability of any <br />significant, valuable or permanent man-made structure located within two <br />hundred (200) feet of the affected land. <br />#22. On Exhibit C, the permanent man-made structures have been labeled. <br />There will be no off set distances (less than the 200 feel) from the man- <br />made structures that is owned by Shook. (Buildings and wells.) Y-W owns <br />the poles and that has been addressed below. <br />Since there are electrical poles in the area we have attached a statement <br />from Y-W Electric Association, Inc, of Akron, Colorado. <br />#23. A second more detailed letter from Y-W Electric has been enclosed. <br />All other structures in the area will not be affected. <br />
