., . - ~. <br />• <br />IMPACT STATEMENT FOR GARFIELD COUNTY page 2 <br />This plants operation will have no significant adverse effect <br />upon: <br />existing lawful use of water through depletion or <br />pollution of surface run-off, stream flow or ground- <br />water; <br />use of adjacent land through generation of vapor, dust, <br />smoke, noise, glare or vibration, or other amanations <br />contrary to County, State or Federal regulations; <br />or wildlife and domestic animals through creation of <br />hazardous attractions, alterations of existing native <br />vegetation, blockade of migration routes, use patterns <br />or other disruptions. <br />PLACJ FOR SITE <br />REHABILITATION: <br />The caet wash ponds required in the operation will be <br />removed and area restored to as before. 1do contamination <br />will occur from this clean-up. Contaminants will be <br />hauled From the site and disposed in land fill or other <br />wise in accordance with County regulations. Any other <br />signs of this occupancy will be removed, corrected and <br />repaired.
