A Conditional Use Permit shall be issued to Energy <br />Fuels Coal, Inc, contingent on the acceptance and observance by <br />the Applicant of the Following specified conditions: <br />a. Review of the permit yearly to determine <br /> complianr_e with the conditions. <br />b. Applicants shall conform to all plans, drawings <br /> and representations submitted with or contained <br /> within the application except as mey be <br /> inconsistent with the other provisions of the <br /> permit. <br />c. Applicants shall comply with all laws and <br /> regulations of the State of Colorado, its agencies <br /> or departments, the Board of County Commissioners <br /> of Fremont County, and the United States of <br />America, its agencies or departments, as now in <br />~. force and effect or as the same may be hereafter <br /> amerced. <br />d. Applicants shall obtain and keep in effect all <br /> other permits required by any other governmental <br /> agency and as otherwise may be required by Fremont <br /> County. Revocation, suspension or expiration of <br /> any such other permits shall revoke, suspend or <br /> termintate the permit authorised hereunder, as the <br /> case may be. <br />e. All loads of material transported from the sits <br /> shall be securely covered to prevent any of the <br /> material from escaping in accordsnce with ar:y <br /> applicable laws, rules or regulations of the State <br /> of Colorado. <br />f. Termination of lease prior to termination oP <br />Conditional Use Permit will result in termination <br />oP the Conditional Use Permit. <br />g.
