(25-7- <br />101 et seal, TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF <br />THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The particulate emission control measures listed on the attached page (as proposed in the <br />Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the particulate <br />emission producing sources as required by Reputation No. 1. <br />2.
