• • <br />EXHIBIT D -RECLAMATION PLAN <br />The pit operation will move from south to north. Topsoil will be stockpiled to the <br />south and piled to 3'. Overburden will be stockpiled to the north to about 4". When the <br />gravel in the uncovered azea is used up, the overburden will be dozed in and then the <br />topsoil will be placed over the overburden. The slopes will not be greater than 3 to 1. <br />The area will be reseeded with grasses recommended by the local U.S. Department of <br />Agricuhure Natural Resources Conservation Service. The plan is included in this permit <br />request. <br />This operation will continue north in the same way until all gravel is used. <br />The road to the pit from the county road will remain as farmer access to his pasture. <br />
