<br />AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />October 29, 1997 <br />INSPECTION OF RAII.ROAD BRIDGE <br />SPANS OVER THE TALLAHASSEE WATERSHED <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 17,1997 <br />Purpose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the railroad bridge <br />that spans over the Tallahassee watershed in Parkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection was Phil Musial (Vibra-Tech Engineers). The top, sides, <br />underneath and footers of the bridge were viewed. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the bridge may change after the date of <br />• inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the bridge at the time of <br />inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the bridge <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any azea which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the rear of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Photo # 1 } Identification photo from the west. <br />Photos #2-5) Indicative cracking of the concrete, taken from underneath on the north side. <br />Photos #6-8) Concrete cracks and water damage of the beams and pillars. <br />Photos #9-14) Previous repair of concrete that is cracking and spalling with evidence of <br />water damage. <br />~' <br />• Photos # 15-17) Spalling and cracking of the concrete columns. <br />
