C~ <br />2.05.4(2)(b) RECLAMATION COST ESTIMATES <br />Enclosed in this section are the original bond calculations <br />agreed on between American Shield and the Division prior to Phase <br />1 reclamation work. This total bond amount was $90,000. After <br />Phase 1 reclamation work was completed, $54,000 was released, <br />leaving a bond of $36,000. <br />A revised 4 page summary table has been prepared to reflect the <br />remaining reclamation at the site. Money has been allocated for <br />revegetation if needed, general maintenance and removal of the <br />sediment pond riser section. The sediment pond dam contains the <br />road leading to the Fruita ~1 bench area and cannot be removed. <br />The total bond required is $18,800.
