EXHIBIT F-----------OTHER PERMITS. <br />On April 30, 07 we received a letter from the Montrose County <br />Land use Department regarding a special use permit for the <br />county. <br />On May 3, 2001 we met with Mr. Richard Gibbons at the Land <br />use Office. He stated no special use permit would be required <br />by Montrose County. I have enclosed a copy of his letter and <br />also his written reply regarding not needing a special use <br />permit. <br />I have also talked to the Colorado Divison of Water Resources <br />and they stated that until our reservoir was completed which <br />could take several years that we would not need to obtain a <br />well permit until we were ready to proceed drilling the well. <br />We also did not need a storage water right from the Colorado <br />Divison of Water Resources according to their office. <br />
