Please provide. <br />27. The Division requests that the applicant, Hall-Irwin, provide a definite commitment to flag <br />the location or easement boundaries of all underground permanent man-made structures such as <br />petroleum flowlines and their respective setback distances, as well as appropriate setback <br />distances from above ground permanent man-made structures prior to excavation where such <br />excavation will occur within two hundred feet of the structure. Please respond. <br />28. Please provide the Division with copies of any existing signed and notarized structure <br />agreements between Hall-Irwin and owner(s) of the structure for any permanent man-made <br />structure within 200 feet of the affected land. Please respond. <br />Once again, we will look forward to your response on or before 5:00 P.M. on August 11, 2003. <br />If you need additional time to adequately respond to the concerns listed above, you may waive <br />your right to a decision within 90 days and request an extension of the recommended decision <br />date and date for a hearing before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Boazd. Rule 1.8.1 states <br />that changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the <br />County Clerk and Recorder.
