(25-7-101 et se , TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED IN THIS <br />DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) oDactty during normal operation of the source. <br />During periods of startup, prorres modification, or adjustment of control equipment visible emissions <br />shell not exceed 309'° opacity for more than six minutes In any sixty consecutive minutes. Opacity shall <br />be measured by EPA Method 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section II.A.1.& 4.) <br />2. The permit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of ident~cation. (Reference: <br />Reg. 3, Part B, IV.E.) (State only enforceable) <br />3. Construction of this source must commence within 18 months of initial approval permit issuance data <br />or within 18 months of date on which such construction ar activity was scheduled to commence as <br />stated in the application. If commencement does not occur within the stated time the permit will expire <br />on aucOSx 18, 2001 <br />(See General Condition No. 8., Item 1 on the reverse Side of the Tirst page of this permit.) (Reference: <br />Regulation 3,Part B, IV.G.4.) <br />4. This source is limited to the following maximum number of hours of operation.
