5. Emissions of air pollutants shalt not exceed the following limitations {as calculated in the Division's
preliminary analysis). Compliance with the annual Ilmils shall be determined on a rolling (12) month
total. By the end Of each month a new twelve month total is calculated based on the previous twelve
months' data. The permit holder shall calculate monthly emissions and keep a compliance record on
site for Division review. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B, III.A.4)

yearly limitation shall be required. Compliance with the yearly emission limits shall be determined on

The permit holder shall calculate emissions monthly antl keep a compliance record on site in order to
demonstrate compliance with the above emission limitations. After the first twelve (12) months of
operation, the permit holder shall calculate annual emissions by the end of each month. Annual
emissions shall be calculated based on the previous twelve (12) months' emission data. These
calwlatad annual emissions shall ba used t0 demonstrate compliance with the yeady emission limit
listed above.
6. Thts source shall be limited io a maximum production rate es listed below and all other activities,
operational rates and numbers of equipment as statetl in the application. Monthly records of the actual
production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division for Inspection
upon request. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part B,III.A.4)
Crushing of coal shall not exceed 4,000 tons per day or 50,000 tans per month or 600,000 tons per
year.
