<br />' There may be sand or gravel below depths of 40 ins:hes. <br />' Typically these soils have very dark grayish brown, fine <br />sandy loam, topsoils; and dark grayish brown, fine sandy <br />loam, substratum. <br />Throughout the site underlying gravel deposits arE~ found to <br />' a mean depth of fifteen (15) feet. <br />' (10) Exhibit J - Vegetation Information <br />' The Vegetation Information is dependent upon and coinciden- <br />tal with existing soil conditions. This informat?ion is <br />' presented as two groups. The first group is "Overflow Range <br />Site" and is representative of vegetation found irr areas <br />where the predominant soils are "Riverwash". <br />This site includes draws, valleys, fans and other lowlands. <br />' Slope runs from nearly level to about 5 percent. This site <br />occurs where it receives periodic flooding. Elev<<tion is <br />generally below 6000 ft. <br />' In the potential plant community tall grasses form a major <br />part of the vegetation with mid and short grasses included <br />' to make an almost continuous cover. Switchgrass, big blue- <br />stem, western wheatgrass, Indiangrass and blue gr~ima are <br />the most abundant species.
