• 2.05.3(3) Overburden (continued) <br />the prepossd pit area, and to enforce the 500 foot restriction <br />of blasting adjacent to a pips line would eli~inats much of the <br />original pit. This probls~ is discussed in detail in Section <br />4.09.4, and a plan is advanced by which blasting can occur <br />within fifty (50) feet of the transmission line. <br />The storage facilities for the priers, and charges will bs <br />provided by the powder company contracting the ~atsrial, and <br />such structures will awst MSHA standards. It is anticipated up <br />to two (2) tons, 4,000 pounds. of ANFO, and 1,000 pounds of <br />dyna~its in the for. of boosters or sticks will bs carried in <br />inventory in the powder magazine.
