Exhibit C <br />1. All areas of disturbance are clearly outlined on the• ^ <br />maps shown as Exhibit "C". ~ ) <br />2. Mining and milling related activities are represented <br />on the maps for Exhibit C. The telephone lines have been indicated <br />and the power lines extended in the revised copy of the maps for <br />Exhibit C. Mining and milling related activities will be carried <br />out on land previously disturbed by similar activities dating-back <br />to 1895. The future waste dump for the C-7 area has been indicated <br />on the attached Exhibit C. <br />The roads to be used for haulage from mine to mill and <br />mill access are all existing roads which have been in use since at <br />least 1950 and some have been in use since 1912. The only proposed <br />road relocation is the county road at the Carlton Tunnel. This <br />route has been shown on the Exhibit C map for the Carlton Tunnel Area. <br />Drainage diversion structures, buildings, etc. have been ~~ <br />C <br />indicated in the affected areas. ` <br />3. All adjacent land owners are shown on the maps or <br />as a list attached to the maps. <br />4. Additional details have been included on maps of <br />affected areas to indicate adjacent surface owners, drainage diversion, <br />existing electrical lines, topsoil storage. <br />Vegetation and, topsoil distribution is presented in a <br />report by Woodward-Clyde Co., a consultant firm. <br />Exhibit D <br />1.
