Requirements to use water to control dust: <br />As stated, this will be a dry pit operation with no requirements for water. Similaz operations are not <br />needing water to control dust. However, if it should become necessary in this project, Stratmoor <br />Hills Water District will sell necessary water to the applicant. <br />3. Controls to prevent off-site damage: <br />The attached letter from Gary Guthrie, President, EI Paso County Soil Conservation District, <br />indicates that the applicant has assured the El Paso Soil Conservation District that they will prevent <br />off-site damage. A copy of the Overlot Grading and Erosion Control Plan is herewith submitted as <br />stated eazlier. <br />4. Access road tributary crossing: <br />Plans have been prepazed, by the applicant's consulting engineers firm, [o cross the tributary. A <br />crossing detail is enclosed. A Flood Plain Development permit application has also been submitted <br />to Regional Flood Plain.. <br />EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />1. Reclamation cost figures: <br />The applicant will agree with the Division's $12,000 Financial Warranty calculations. <br />2. Local weed control agency: <br />The applicant will work with the EI Paso County Soil Conservation District to develop a weed <br />control plan if it becomes necessary. <br />3. Seeding rates: <br />The applicant agrees to use your recommended drill seeding rate. <br />
