Notice to Adjacent Owners: <br />As you instructed, adjacent owners were re-noticed on July 22, 1999. On July 26, 1999 I sent you <br />copies of the re-notice letter and the receipts for proof of certified mailing. Since that time, 1 have <br />received all the signed Return Receipts from the owners. I would be glad to send copies to you if <br />you desire. This gives more than the required IO days notice prior to the decision date. <br />2. Mining and Reclamation Maps do not have the name of the applicant on them. <br />Corrected maps are attached with the name of the applicant on them. <br />3. The two maps of item 2 above are not dated. <br />The 2 maps have been dated and are part of this submittal. <br />Exhibit C -Mining Plan <br />1. Haul Road information. <br />The road construction specifications are included in this reply as well as a copy of the Overlot <br />Grading and Erosion Control Plan, and road construction specifications. Including where it might <br />cross the Water and Sanitation District pipeline. <br />"Your Brand of People" <br />
