Please be advised, the permit application maybe denied on 12-12-200 unless the <br />following adequacy comments are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />I) EXHIBIT "A" Legal Description. <br />1) Rule 6.4.1 requires, the legal description to be wholly adequate for field location of the <br />property. It can be in the form of metes and bounds survey or a description by reference to <br />township, range and section to at least the nearest quarter quarter section. Please provide the legal <br />description in accordance with the above Rule. <br />II) EXHIBIT "B" INDEX MAP, Adequate <br />III) EXHIBIT "C"Pre- MINING and Mining Plan Map of Affected Lands <br />1) Is Mrs. Kathleen D. Hill the only adjacent land owner of Record <br />2) Please provide a more legible map in accordance with Rule 6.4.3 <br />IV) EXHIBIT "D" MINING PLAN <br />1) From the mining plan map, it is difficult to tell if the 600 feet of access road is included in the <br />permit area. If it is not included, please explain your reason for not including it. This information <br />is needed, to allow the Division to properly calculate the reclamation warranty. <br />
