Township 41N, Range 6E <br />EXI-IIBIT B <br />The azeas in questions are as stated below: <br />The other properties that do adjoin the existing property where the pit is located section <br />25 is owned by BLM, Jim Lacy, and they have been informed of our proposed operation. <br />Canal -Owned by Rio Grand Canal is 500 + feet from the rechazge/gravel pit. The other <br />part of the Gravel pit in Section 25 is more than 1/2 mile from the Rio Grand Canal <br />property. <br />Roads- The roads shown aze owned by Crites Fazm/Harry David Crites <br />Existing pit- Owned by Crites Farm/Harry David Crites. This is a permanent recharge pit <br />and the beginning of Crites Sand & Gravel's mining operation. This pit has a berm around <br />it and this would also remain permanent. It will not be removed as its purpose is to <br />contain waterto a higherlevelthanthe surrounding ground level. <br />Well- Owned by Crites Farm/Hany David Crites. The well is located in the center of the <br />pivot for our farm sprinkler. This well is approximately 1300 foot from the <br />Recharge/gravel pit. On the drawing you will see a proposed circle for more farm land <br />which if we did set this in motion a new well would also go in there and still be owned by <br />Crites Farm/Harry David Crites. <br />Fence lines-Along South side of the property line which is 450 feet South of the recharge <br />pit. Jim Lacy and myself (Harry David Crites) own this fence. This is the line between <br />our properties. <br />None of these lines or man made structures are within 200 feet of the inuring area except <br />the existing pit which will be a part of the mining operation and the boundary of the BLM <br />property adjoining within 200 ft of the North pit area.
